Malaysia
Malaysia is a country in Southeast Asia with two distinct regions: West Malaysia and East Malaysia. West Malaysia is on the Malay Peninsula and has many developed cities, such as Kuala Lumpur, a multiethnic population, breathtaking buildings, real rainforests, and beaches. East Malaysia is situated mainly on the island of Borneo and is popular for famous tourist attractions such as Mount Kinabalu, rainforests, diverse wildlife, indigenous people, and wildlife. Such experience is valuable to Malaysia, as both regions are part of the multicultural society of the country. Some more attractions in East Malaysia are Mount Kinabalu, Mulu Caves, interaction with the tribes, and wildlife such as orangutans and Proboscis monkeys. The public can also contribute directly to conservation if they so wish at the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre and the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre. East Malaysia can be recommended to tourists who are fond of traveling, hiking, and want to get acquainted with the exotic cultures.
